Job Description
The Desktop Support L2 Engineer provides support for CLIENT end-user devices and approved business applications, focusing on incident resolution and application maintenance.
- Deliver L2 deskside and remote desktop support
- Provide software maintenance on application systems which includes vendor-supplied patches, updates, or other relevant features such as upgrades while adhering to defined process
- Coordinate with vendor/OEMs of 3rd party application for L3 issues managing to timely resolution of issues
- Perform IMAC and lifecycle management tasks
- Identify application performance improvement initiatives and implement the same
- Act as a liaison between resources, business Dept. and onsite IT management and Work with business to prioritize production implementation & change activities
- Resolve incidents using ITSM tools and processes
- Coordinate with vendors and internal resolver groups
- Assist with application installations and upgrades
- Document resolutions and maintain knowledge articles
- Escalate complex issues to L3 teams
- Meet SLA, CSAT, and quality targets
Mandatory:
- Good communication skills, Work from Office, Kofax print management tool knowledge is needed.
- Knowledge on Kofax/Equifax Application Support
Experience: 3-5 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
