Role summary

Own Tier 3 Changepoint support: complex defect resolution, performance tuning, deeper configuration/engineering changes, and integration troubleshooting with upstream/downstream systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Advanced Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex application and infrastructure issues, including code-level defects, intricate data integrity challenges, and failures in background processing or multi-step approval chains. Collaborate with subject matter experts and developers as needed.
  • Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring or high-severity incidents, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Patching, Upgrades & Planned Maintenance: Lead the planning, testing, and coordination of platform patches and upgrades. Execute scheduled maintenance and configuration changes to ensure system reliability and security, while minimizing service disruption.
  • Advanced Enhancements & Code Support: Implement sophisticated workflow changes and feature enhancements, including code-based modifications. Coordinate with development teams and vendors for changes requiring deep technical intervention.
  • Integration & Interoperability Support: Diagnose and resolve integration issues with upstream and downstream systems (such as SSO, reporting, and data transfers), ensuring seamless interoperability across platforms and facilitating cross-team collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor application and infrastructure performance metrics, proactively identify trends or emerging issues, and produce operational reports for key stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Security Adherence: Ensure all support activities, system changes, and enhancements comply with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaison & Knowledge Sharing: Serve as a bridge between application and infrastructure support teams. Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 staff, develop troubleshooting playbooks, and facilitate the transfer of technical knowledge and best practices.

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
