Job Description: 

Work Location: Boston, MA / Princeton, NJ (Hybrid)

 

Job Description:
• Supervise a team 5 to 8 FTEs
• Work allocation and prioritization
• Ensuring all work items related to  team  are cleared within the set time frame
• The candidate will be responsible for seamless processing of Loan servicing as per the set guide lines
• Review and monitor all the trade exceptions on a regular basis to ensure nil instances of process breach
• Provide training to the new joiners and update team on any process changes
• Responsible for all the process escalations and their resolutions in a timely manner
• Responsible for maintaining the control grid of the process
• Be pro-active in looking for process improvements and implementation of the same
• Responsible for periodic call and tasks audit and ensure findings are resolved
• Responsible for managing productivity, accuracy and timeliness as per benchmark requirements
• Interface with the client for resolution vide client calls/emails
• Strong focus on process results, accuracy, and trade settlement
• Ability to question status quo and provide innovation to process execution.
• Good analytical skills and effective time management in prioritizing work
• Sound understanding of the securities products and business knowledge required
• Should possess good training and coaching skills
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Strong team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.

 

Required Skills

• Experience in Syndication loans Operations for 6-8 years
• Experience in Loan IQ application.
• Strong background in Loans process specific to US / EMEA region.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Loan operations preferred

Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis-BFSI-Domain .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
