Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Team to understand their portfolio, business strategy, prioritization, etc., to ensure quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with the IT Global Program Management Office and cross-functional PMOs to define the approach.
- Monitor and report contractual service levels and reports to Wipro and client stakeholders.
- Develop KB articles and publish them on the ITSM tool, encouraging teams to utilize these articles and measure their usage.
- Prepare data points, conduct analysis, and create PowerPoint presentations for meetings such as weekly or monthly service reviews.
- Maintain the roster of team members according to a shifting schedule.
- Complete any reports and tasks mutually agreed upon with clients.
- Enhance communications, content, and transparency of information with key customers.
- Provide executive visibility into project, program, and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, etc.
- Attend meetings, make a note of action items and maintain a risk tracker, ensuring timely closure by collaborating with the respective team.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of ITSM – BMC Remedy/Helix.
- Understanding of IT Service Desk and Field Support is an added advantage.

Experience: 1-3 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $33,000 to $76,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
