Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to develop multi-module test cases and set up test environments while preparing test evidence and validating system functionality.

Areas of responsibility

Requirement Analysis and Documentation-Create technical requirement documents basis the inputs received from clients through discussions and demos.

Creation of test cases-Create test cases basis the functional requirements ensuring test coverage across multiple modules.

Test Data and Environment Setup-Create data validation scenarios and set up test environment in collaboration with the client stakeholder.

Test Execution and Result Analysis -"Execute functional and regression testing to identify defects and document the result of the test cases.

Prepare test evidence and test review documents.

Log and update the defect status in the test management tool."

Role: TPM – QA Tester (Issue Consolidation & Program Coordination)

Location & Workplace Requirement: Boulder (BLD) Office, On-site


Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) – QA Tester to support dogfood testing programs by driving issue consolidation, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and program execution. This role combines hands-on QA analysis with TPM responsibilities, ensuring user feedback and bug reports are effectively tracked, prioritized, communicated, and actioned across engineering and program teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Issue Consolidation & Quality Validation

  • Review incoming dogfood bug reports, defects, and user feedback.
  • Analyze, categorize, and consolidate duplicate or related issues into actionable themes.
  • Validate reported issues and work with stakeholders to improve issue quality and clarity.
  • Track issue lifecycle and ensure timely follow-up with engineering teams.

2. Technical Program Management

  • Coordinate across Engineering, Product, QA, and Program teams to drive issue resolution.
  • Facilitate status reviews, issue triage discussions, and stakeholder sync meetings.
  • Identify program risks, blockers, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain execution plans, action item tracking, and program milestones.
  • Ensure alignment between program goals, user feedback, and engineering priorities.

3. Reporting, Metrics & Communication

  • Create recurring scorecards, dashboards, and executive-ready status reports.
  • Translate technical findings into concise, actionable summaries for leadership.
  • Present issue trends, quality metrics, and program status to stakeholders.
  • Drive data-backed recommendations to improve product quality and user experience.

4. Data Management & Analysis

  • Maintain program metrics, tracking systems, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
  • Perform data cleaning, analysis, and reporting using Google Sheets.
  • Build and maintain formulas, pivot tables, charts, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Monitor trends and identify patterns across large volumes of user feedback and bug reports.

 

Mandatory Skills: Quality Assurance .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
