About the Role:

 

Account Delivery Head (ADH) role demands expertise in Delivery Management to oversee and drive successful delivery of services to our valued clients. As an integral part of our team, you will act as a pivotal connection between client expectations and our delivery capabilities, ensuring continuous alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of client accounts ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary commitments.
  • Develop and implement robust delivery strategies reflecting Wipro's commitment to innovation and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate risks, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain high service levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within delivery processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Establish strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering partnership growth through transparent communication and value-driven solutions.
  • Mentor and build a high-performing delivery team to sustain service excellence and nurture leadership capabilities.
