Wipro is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP business processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working as an SAP Business Analyst or Functional Consultant with a proven track record of delivering value in complex enterprise environments.

 

  • Leverage your expertise to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and SAP system functionality.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis, able to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within SAP modules.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including technical teams and business users, to design practical and scalable solutions.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis and solution design
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills to effectively manage expectations and deliver clear documentation 
  • Work seamlessly within cross-functional teams to drive project success 
  • Apply problem-solving skills to address challenges, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative approaches to business needs.

Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
