We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) with additional expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration. This role is essential in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring seamless SAP SD implementations and ongoing support.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams to deeply understand their daily operational challenges, capturing precise requirements for system enhancement and process optimization.
  • Business-IT Liaison: Serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and IT developers; translating complex business demands into clear technical specifications, and concurrently demystifying technical SAP concepts for end-users.
  • Process Mapping and Configuration: Engage in configuring and customizing SAP SD modules, along with providing support across related areas to ensure alignment with business processes and strategic goals.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop thorough test scenarios and collaborate with end-users to validate new SAP features, guaranteeing their functionality and reliability prior to release.
  • User Training and Documentation: Create comprehensive, easy-to-understand user manuals and conduct training sessions to empower team members to confidently utilize new SAP functionalities.
  • AI Competency: Apply fundamental AI concepts to enhance SAP SD processes, leveraging emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within SAP SD, adept at managing both implementation projects and continuous support activities. This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a passion for leveraging AI to transform business operations.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
