  • Hands-On development, Design details , Integrations ( REST/SOAP), Service now platform in-depth knowledge , Scoped Applications creations/managements, Modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM,SecOps,HR.
  • Experience working on Glide, Ajax, client scripting, business rules, UI Policies etc .Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working in a SaaS environment
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand their business needs and pain points
  • Technical point of contact for any blockers faced by developers, administrators
  • Review and govern the work as and when required during sprint/project cycle

What You Will Need To Bring With You:

(experience & education required)

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development Experience in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps
  • 2+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex solutions across all workflows, on the Now Platform
  • Implementation experience of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD (at least 2)
  • Experience in Integration using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • String problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce.
