Role: Telecom Expenses Manager
Location: London
Required Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of telecom cost management & provision of mobile/fixed-line services contract renewal services through thorough billing data analysis and tariff benchmark & comparison.
- Exposure to EMEA TEM industry and leading applications/systems such as Tangoe IPV, Tangoe BillingIT, Tangoe Asentinel, MDSL-TEM tool and Sakon apps.
- Implemented revenue assurance plans that proactively detect fraud, reducing revenue leakages at both network and application system level.
- Billing systems – awareness of challenges involved, while ensuring seamless experience to internal and external customers of the old billing system(s) and migration
- Understanding of the technical aspects of Fixed line (WLR, CPS, and VoIP), data (DSL, DIA, Ethernet), mobile/wireline services and CRM/Billing data integration & migration.
- Excellent all-round troubleshooting and billing systems migration exposure. DBMS used include MySQL (advanced), MS SQL Server, MS Access, Oracle.
- Experience of creating positive team spirit and working conditions by ensuring every member of the team gets the opportunity to learn as well as working on projects in line with their strengths.
- Dealt with appraisal-related matters, training, disputes, and escalation matters.
