You need to be an excellent Technical Analyst, communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. You must have proven experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into requirements. You must be willing to help us build a new reporting solution across the globe.
Responsibilities:
· Deep understanding of Finance industry and MIS reporting
· Deep understanding of products and processes for Private Banking customers, essential for integrating data into MIS and providing a single data source for all stakeholders.
· Experience in Functional Analysis , Private Banking, Wealth Management
· Experience on database concepts, SQL, Big Query, ETL, BI solutions (Looker, Angular, Tableau), and data analytics, specifically applied to consolidating diverse data sources
· Experience working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts for translating business requirements into technical requirements
· Be the key actor in writing & conducting UAT test cases and, in case required, train the stakeholders
· Validate requirements, UAT Testing & User Training (if required): you will validate e2e requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demo.
· Translate business needs by creating models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements
· Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
· Proactively Identify risks / issues that might affect squad’s overall health
· Demonstrates experience in understanding the business process design
· Customer and service oriented to support interaction with team resources and clients, actively engages stakeholders to build an understanding of the requirements
Preferred experience:
· Database experience and advanced SQL skills
· MIS reporting skills
· Experience with AI usage in documentation processes.
· Familiarity or experience with integrating AI functionalities into reporting solutions.
