As part of this project, your role as an Inside Sales Support Executive TL will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client’s organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
As a TL:
- Managing day-to-day Operations & team.
- Drive Performance - Team mentoring & coaching individual associates who may fall below desired performance
- Ensuring team’s adherence to agreed SLAs/KPIs/OPIs.
- First Level Escalation Management
As Inside Sales Agent:
- Sell product bundles at pre negotiated rates to Pharmacies
- Developing existing / new accounts through outbound calls, & answering inbound calls, in accordance with country specific processes which are provided by Client in writing and in advance
- Documenting all sales interactions in Salesforce.
- Participating in remote sales team meetings and interacting periodically with country-based colleagues to ensure collaboration and alignment
- Dedicated Outbound & Inbound sales phone call handling with Client Customer’s– Pharmacies.

Candidate’ profile:
- Advanced level of English.
- Advanced level of French.
- Problem-solving: Quickly and effectively identifying and resolving issues related to customer satisfaction or operational efficiency.
- Empathy: Understanding and addressing the needs of both customers and team members.
- Negotiation & Sales Acumen: Understanding of Negotiation and sales strategies and techniques.
- Time & Resource Management: Efficiently managing time, resources, and tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Effectively managing workflows, schedules, and resources.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to make data-driven decisions by analyzing data to track performance and identifying trends.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Ability to provide training and support team members, helping them improve their skills and performance.
- Conflict Resolution: Effectively managing and resolving conflicts between team members/colleagues, customers, or other stakeholders.
- Performance management: Improving employee performance by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities.

Nice to have skills:
- Experience in Medical Device BPO /Medical devices.
- CRM Proficiency in using CRM software
