Wipro Romania is excited to partner with a renowned medical devices company that, for more than 40 years, has advanced glucose management and diabetes care through pioneering technologies and innovative products defined by simplicity, accuracy, and trust. As an Senior Inside Sales Support Specialist you will join a team dedicated to developing and maintaining strong commercial relationships with customers' pharmacies and healthcare professionals - all with the goal of contributing to a better quality of life for people with diabetes and related conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining commercial relationship for existing / new accounts through outbound calls, & answering inbound calls, in accordance with country specific processes which are provided by Client in writing and in advance.
  • Sell product bundles at pre-negotiated rates to Pharmacies.
  • Documenting all sales interactions in Salesforce.
  • Participating in remote sales team meetings and interacting periodically with country-based colleagues to ensure collaboration and alignment.
  • Dedicated Outbound & Inbound sales phone call handling with Customer’ Pharmacies & Healthcare Professionals.

Candidate’ profile:

  • Advanced level of English.
  • Advanced level of French.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to address customer concerns and find solutions.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals.
  • Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Behavioral Skills:
  • Highly self-motivated to deliver superior customer experience
  • High energy level and personal resilience
  • Integrity and desire to comply with all legal and moral standards
  • Service and quality oriented

Work Schedule: One shift between 15:00 and 00:00 (Romania time).

  • Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client

    • Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
    • Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
    • Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
    • Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
