As part of this project, your role as an Tax & Reporting Specialist will be to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by managing core Record‑to‑Report activities, maintaining high data integrity, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to meet defined SLAs and KPIs

Key responsibilities

• Review accuracy of AP, AR, T&E, Bank, and GL postings, including correct coding
• Prepare and submit VAT, WHT, Intrastat, CIT, SAF‑T, annual financial statements, and other local tax filings
• Manage period‑end close activities and prepare financial reports
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve aging items
• Coordinate with clients and local tax representatives for timely and accurate tax submissions
• Support smooth internal and external audits
• Prepare reports, analyses, and dashboards based on business needs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
• Maintain, improve, and document SOPs
• Support, review, and validate work performed by team members
• Contribute to staff training and process improvements
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness in line with SLAs and KPIs

Requirements

• Fluent English; French, German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus
• Degree or experience in Accounting / Economics
• Solid general accounting background
• ERP experience (Saga is an advantage)
• CECCAR / ACCA is a plus
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Detail‑oriented, performance‑driven, and proactive
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Team player, able to handle escalations and business reviews
