  • Coach employees on communication skills and spoken English where required.

  • Conduct performance assessments and provide structured, documented feedback to trainees.

  • Support transaction and quality audits and identify learning opportunities based on audit findings.

  • Participate in internal and client calibration sessions.

  • Maintain training databases, reports and analytics to monitor learning effectiveness.

  • Organize regular stakeholder connects to understand upcoming training requirements and priorities.

  • Recommend innovative learning solutions and make effective use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning technologies.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to training effectiveness, employee capability and knowledge retention.

What we're looking for

Must-have experience and skills

  • 2-3+ years of Finance & Accounting experience, with hands-on expertise in FP&A and/or Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

  • Knowledge of relevant processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, management reporting and variance analysis for FP&A and/or billing, accounts receivable, cash application, collections, credit management and customer account reconciliation for OTC.

  • English at B2/C1 level or above.

  • Bachelor's degree / university graduation.

  • Experience in training, knowledge management, coaching or Learning & Development activities within a Finance operational environment.

  • Strong understanding of training design, development, delivery and evaluation.

  • Ability to identify learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions.

  • Ability to explain complex FP&A and/or OTC processes, systems and business scenarios in a structured and easy-to-understand way to learners with different levels of experience.

  • Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Confidence working with internal teams, leadership and client stakeholders.
