Job Description:
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders
- Create and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensure that the development team understands the business needs and requirements
- Implement quality control processes and procedures
- Create Prototype
- System and Integration Testing
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, project team members, and other relevant parties
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the project team
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Monitor and report on project risks and issues
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects within Human Capital Management
- Familiarity with Talent and Performance Management modules is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope
- Experience in facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
