Job Description:

Role: Business Analyst

Working model: Hybrid (2-3 days from the office)

Work Location: The Hague, NL

Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Language requirement: English, Dutch

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive end-to-end solution designs.
  • Collaborate with Product Leads and cross-functional teams to define solution architecture and delivery approach.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into e2e designs working with the relevant domain Principal Product Leads.
  • Understand customer journeys and work collaboratively with COO to provide understanding of technical feasibility and potential solutions
  • Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
  • Assess technical feasibility, risks, and dependencies of proposed solutions.
  • Drive solution development, coding, integration, and implementation across Customer Operations platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, and best practices.

Must-Have Expertise:

  • Proven experience in solution design and software development within Customer Operations environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer service, customer care, billing, order management, or related operational systems.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience within the Telecom domain.
  • Exposure to digital transformation, cloud technologies, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of customer-centric design principles and service management processes.
