Job Description:

A Business Systems Analyst (BSA) acts as a crucial bridge between business needs and technical solutions. Analyzes the technical aspects of business systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and its users. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with development teams to translate those needs into effective solutions. BSAs also play a key part in testing, training, and supporting users to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Business System Analyst

  1. 6+ years Business System Analyst skilled in API - Technical Business Systems Analysis, ETL, Microservices - Technical Business Systems Analysis, MySQL, Wealth - Business Analysis
  2. Good knowledge and able to write SQL queries.
  3. Design the required test strategy in line with the scope and organization standards.
  4. Create the software test plan, get it reviewed and approved/ signed off by the relevant stakeholders.
  5. Good Estimation skills, coordination skills to interact with testing team, TCOE team, and cross functional teams.
  6. Working experience on Agile platform & Lead experience to manage team automation deliverables
  7. Responsible for organizing and delivering End-To-End testing within a Project .
  8. Expertise with version control tools and agile tools (e.g., Git etc.)
  9. Experience with JIRA, Confluence
