Job Description: 

Business Analyst L3

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify process inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Perform data analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
  • Support change management and training efforts during project rollouts.
Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
