Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to come and work with us and perform strategic analysis and gap analysis, this requires a combination of analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills. The role involves understanding business needs, analysing current versus desired states to identify gaps, proposing solutions, developing business strategies, managing stakeholders, and overseeing the implementation of recommendations to achieve strategic business goals and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include conducting market and data analysis, creating strategic solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and communicating findings to senior management to drive growth,efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Were looking for a highly analytical professional who can bridge the gap between tactical execution and long-term vision. They are proactive, possess strong business acumen, and are adept at translating complex data into actionable strategies that drive organizational success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analysis & Planning:

Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance to identify new

opportunities and threats.

• Data-Driven Insights:

Gather, interpret, and structure data from various sources to inform strategic decisions and

product improvements.

• Change Impact Assessment:

Evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes on business processes, systems, and

stakeholders, identifying risks and dependencies.

• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence:
