Wipro Technologies-USA is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive for its Business Process Services (BPS) division. This strategic position demands an individual with profound expertise in the BPO landscape, especially with experience engaging clients such as Amazon and Microsoft. The successful candidate will lead efforts in expanding client partnerships globally, nurturing deep relationships, and leveraging an extensive industry network to unlock new business opportunities. With over 15 years of robust experience, this role focuses on driving transformative growth by aligning operational excellence with client needs.

Position Overview: This role serves as a key liaison between Wipro's delivery teams and client organizations, ensuring seamless communication and execution of solutions that cater to evolving business demands. The incumbent will analyze market trends, anticipate client needs, and deliver innovative proposals that enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term collaboration. The position requires a strategic thinker who is adept at managing complex accounts and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve superior outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the BPS segment that drive revenue growth and maximize market penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to identify and address business challenges, facilitating customized solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of service delivery, proactively resolving any operational issues and elevating client experiences.
  • Establish a sustainable pipeline of opportunities through strategic relationship management, targeted outreach, and participation in industry events and forums.
  • Conduct in-depth data analyses to extract actionable insights, presenting compelling business cases to senior leadership and C-suite executives that demonstrate tangible value.
  • Champion innovation by staying abreast of emerging market developments and integrating best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Ideal Experience, Competencies, and Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of comprehensive experience in BPO/BPS environments, with proven expertise managing diverse service areas such as trust and safety, eCommerce, finance and accounting, supply chain management, procurement, human resources, and large-scale contact center operations.
  • Established network and demonstrated success in cultivating and sustaining high-value relationships with senior decision-makers in major technology firms.
  • Deep understanding of outsourcing models and delivery frameworks, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with top-level executives to initiate and execute business strategies.
  • Leadership capabilities characterized by inspiring teams towards ambitious targets, fostering innovation, and adapting strategies to dynamic industry shifts.
  • Strong commercial insight complemented by strategic foresight in identifying emerging market trends, competitive challenges, and client opportunities to position Wipro favorably.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, technology, or a related discipline is required; advanced certifications or degrees will be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate clear, persuasive dialogue across diverse audiences and cultural contexts.

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected annual compensation for the Business Development Executive role ranges from $150,000.00 to $210,000.00. In addition to competitive pay, this position is eligible for Wipro’s comprehensive benefits package, which includes various medical and dental insurance options, disability coverage, generous paid time off inclusive of sick leave, and additional paid and unpaid leave opportunities tailored to support work-life balance.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $150,000.00  to $210,000.00.
