Business Intelligence Analyst
Primary Skills:
- Collaborate with Enablement Leads to identify enhancements in Client’s Commerce Workspace (CCW/CCWR) and perform impact assessments.
- Lead migration of dashboards from Tableau to ThoughtSpot, ensuring seamless transition and improved analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Enablement Leads to identify enhancements in Client’s Commerce Workspace (CCW/CCWR) and perform impact assessments.
- Lead migration of dashboards from Tableau to ThoughtSpot, ensuring seamless transition and improved analytics capabilities.
- Consolidate metrics and KPIs for Client’s Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with senior leadership, driving data-driven decision-making.
- Generate forecast analysis for Problem ID management and perform trend analysis for communication strategies.
- Function as Program Manager for release management, enabling successful deployment of 1000+ features across Client’s platforms.
- Partners with cross-functional teams streamline reporting processes and optimize data visualization using Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Power BI.
- Conduct advanced data analysis using SQL, R, and Python to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Client’s governance standards while managing data integrity and accuracy across systems.
- Drive automation and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders for improving operational performance and user experience.
Required Skills:
- Tools: Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, SQL, R, Python, Advanced Excel.
- Skills: Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Statistical Analysis, Project Management, Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
