Job Description

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to trading and client-facing wealth applications, including platforms such as C360 and W360. The role requires deep understanding of portfolio views, Customer 360 dashboards, KYC workflows, and AML processes, along with a strong focus on client-centric thinking and continuous improvement of the client experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, operations teams, compliance teams, and technology partners to translate business needs into scalable, intuitive, and high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business, trading, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for trading and client servicing applications.
  • Support initiatives related to client trading platforms such as C360 and W360, ensuring alignment with business goals and client experience objectives.
  • Analyze and enhance portfolio views, customer dashboards, and advisor/client workflows to improve usability, efficiency, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Document current-state and future-state processes, user journeys, business rules, data requirements, and functional specifications.
  • Work on Customer 360 capabilities, ensuring holistic client visibility across accounts, portfolios, servicing interactions, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to support KYC workflows and ensure AML-related requirements are captured accurately in business processes and system features.
  • Identify pain points in client and advisor journeys and recommend practical enhancements to improve turnaround time, transparency, and overall service quality.
  • Support UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios, business validation, and defect triage.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with user needs and regulatory expectations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by using data, stakeholder feedback, and operational insights to refine workflows and improve client experience.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets, wealth management, or trading-related environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with client trading applications such as C360, W360, or similar client/advisor-facing wealth platforms.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio view concepts, client holdings visibility, account dashboards, and Customer 360 capabilities.
  • Good knowledge of KYC workflows, AML controls, client onboarding, and regulatory/compliance-driven business processes.
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to work across business and technology teams to define solutions that are both operationally effective and client friendly.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting UAT, release validation, and implementation readiness.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira/Confluence, and standard BA artifacts is preferred.

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 77000 to CAD 120000 .
