Required skills:

Previous experience in Release Management or Project Management.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Excellent critical thinking/analytical skills.

•Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task in a fast paced, high pressure environment.

•Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle – inclusive of both traditional and agile methodologies.

•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•Ability to successfully influence and manage teams without express hierarchical authority.

•Ability to successfully engage and interact with all levels of management.

Desired Skills:

Working knowledge of distributed and midrange client/server systems architecture in an Enterprise Technology organization. Knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change management practices (ITIL certification). SCRUM master and/or experience with practical application of Agile development a plus. Proficient in MS Office Suite – inclusive of SharePoint administration.
Mandatory Skills: ITIL Change Mgmt .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
