Required Skills & Expertise

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands‑on expertise in Check Point Firewalls (mandatory).
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in Cisco ISE / NAC (mandatory).
  • Deep understanding of:
    • OSI & TCP/IP
    • Routing (Static, OSPF, BGP – conceptual)
    • Network security concepts (AAA, IDS/IPS, segmentation)
  • Experience with:
    • Packet capture & analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump)
    • Linux‑based environments
    • SIEM / log analysis tools (Splunk, etc.)

Experience Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in Network & Security domain.
  • 9+ years of hands‑on Check Point Firewall experience.
  • 5+ years of Cisco ISE / NAC implementation & support experience.
  • Experience working in large enterprise / global environments.
  • Exposure to 24x7 operations and on‑call support model.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • CCSA / CCSE (Check Point)
  • CCNP Security / Cisco ISE related certifications
  • ITIL  (good to have)

 
Mandatory Skills: Cisco - Identity Services Engine -ISE .
