Job Description

  • Min 7+ years of experience in the IT industry in professional services / solution engineering / consulting with 5+ years of experience primarily in Salesforce / Veeva CRM, Customization, System Integration and deploying solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce/Veeva CRM Development and configuration options 
  • Experienced in integrating CRM with Master data and digital content
  • Experience in providing the following support services on the Salesforce/Veeva CRM cloud System configuration changes 
    • Ongoing application maintenance 
    • Release management  
    • Impact assessments
    • Handling Change Requests
    • Handling Service Requests 
    • User administration and maintenance 
    • Troubleshooting of issues
    • Data loads 
    • Create/updates reports and dashboards in Veeva. 
    • Supporting Level 2 tickets 
    • Experience in SQL and Data warehouse will be helpful
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical peers and business users
  • Daily interact with team and make sure tasks on track, highlights challenges and roadblocks in management calls.

Areas of Responsibilities

Business process analysis-Analyse client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and change areas, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Market research & benchmarking-"Conduct in-depth market analysis and validate benchmarking study and proposed alternate process and functional methodologies.

Perform cost benefit analysis of proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including identification of any third party products."

Optimization Initiatives-Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate and propose enhancements, to align with defined business objectives and established best practices.

Technical Documentation-Prepare drafts of technical documentation for business processes and system configurations by gathering inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure relevant details are accurately captured.

Revenue Growth-Participate and contribute in designing proposals in alignment with the proposed solutions.
