Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CRM Developer with Azure Integration expertise to join our dynamic Enterprise Applications team at Wipro Technologies. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to customize and optimize CRM solutions that empower our clients to achieve business excellence. This position requires a solid foundation in CRM customization, security models, and custom code development including PlugIns, JavaScript, WebAPI, and Custom Workflow activities. You will be instrumental in enhancing the sales module functionalities and integrating Microsoft Azure services to streamline and advance our client's digital transformation journey.

This role demands a hands-on coder who is adept in both manual and automated deployment processes, familiar with tools such as TFS and JIRA, and has practical experience working in Agile environments. Your expertise will support seamless integration of business processes with CRM tools, fostering efficient workflows and data management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized Dynamics CRM solutions tailored to client specifications.
  • Implement and maintain robust CRM security models to safeguard data and system integrity.
  • Write and maintain custom plugins, JavaScript, WebAPI endpoints, and workflow extensions to enhance application performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical APIs and configurations.
  • Support Microsoft Azure integration projects, applying basic to intermediate knowledge for cloud-based service connectivity and process automation.
  • Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage both manual and automated deployments, ensuring efficient release management and version control.
  • Utilize project management tools such as TFS and JIRA to track development activities, report progress, and manage backlog in an Agile work setting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience writing comprehensive unit test cases contributing to robust and maintainable code.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft's Power Platform, including PowerApps and Flow, for enhanced process automation.
  • Knowledge of PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) and custom page development to extend CRM capabilities.
