Role Summary

The CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to meet enterprise business requirements. The role focuses on customization, integration, and enhancement of CRM platforms while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance in a production-grade environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize CRM solutions based on business and functional requirements

• Configure CRM entities, workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards

• Develop and maintain custom components, plugins, and extensions

• Integrate CRM platforms with external systems and APIs

• Support data migration, data quality validation, and system enhancements

• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders across delivery lifecycle

• Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and production support activities

• Ensure adherence to enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards

Mandatory Skills & Experience (Must Have)

• Hands-on experience as a CRM Developer

• Strong experience in CRM customization and configuration

• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, or equivalent CRM scripting languages

• Experience with workflows, plugins, and system integrations

• Good understanding of CRM data models, entities, and relationships

• Experience working in Agile / SDLC environments

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience (Good to Have)

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other enterprise CRM platforms

• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Experience with REST APIs and web services

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management

• Understanding of security roles, access controls, and compliance requirements

Mandatory Skills: MS D365 Business Central Development .
