Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Network Data L3 Engineer to support and enhance enterprise network infrastructure in a 24x7 operational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, major incident management, critical change execution, service improvements, and technical leadership across network operations. This role also requires close collaboration with customers, senior stakeholders, and offshore support teams.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex network incidents and operational issues.
Lead Major Incident (P1/P2) resolution and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Plan and implement major network changes with minimal business impact.
Provide technical leadership during critical outages and bridge calls.
Drive Service Improvement Plans (SIP) to improve network performance, stability, security, and efficiency.
Perform capacity planning, optimization, and lifecycle management activities.
Ensure compliance with incident, change, and operational governance processes.
Collaborate with architecture, security, engineering, and operations teams.
Maintain network standards, documentation, and knowledge repositories.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve service quality.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Mentor and guide L1 and L2 engineers.
Conduct knowledge-sharing and capability-building initiatives.
Support operational excellence and delivery commitments.
Engage effectively with customers and Director-level stakeholders.
Present technical recommendations and service improvement opportunities in business-friendly language.
Required Experience
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations, Engineering, or Infrastructure Support.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.
Strong exposure to WAN, LAN, Data Center, and Network Security technologies.
Proven experience handling major incidents and critical network changes.
Demonstrated technical leadership and operational governance experience.

Cisco CCNP or CCIE
ITIL Foundation
