Job Description:
Testing coordinator QTEST experience of 5-8 years, managing and coordinating testing with testers team. He/ she should be able to track testing status.
1. Establish quality standards and procedures that will be used to ensure that the products or services delivered by the organization meet the desired level of quality. This includes developing guidelines for testing, reviewing and documenting results, and implementing feedback loops for continuous improvement.
2. Create and implement test plans and strategies that are aligned with the product or service requirements. This involves designing and executing test cases, analyzing and reporting test results, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of any defects or issues that arise.
3. Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring that all team members have clear roles and responsibilities, and that they are working effectively together. Facilitate communication between the QA team and other stakeholders, such as product managers, developers, and project managers.
4. Identify and track quality metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that are used to measure the effectiveness of the QA process. This includes metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and test effectiveness.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products or services are delivered on time and meet the desired level of quality. This includes collaborating with product managers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
6. Reporting and escalating quality issues to senior management as needed. This involves communicating the impact of quality issues, identifying root causes, and providing recommendations for resolution.
7. Provides training and guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices. This includes educating team members on industry standards, testing methodologies, and tools and technologies that can be used to improve the QA process.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements in QA practices and incorporates new tools and methodologies into the QA process as appropriate.
