Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect / Lead with strong expertise in Telecom Service Management (TSM). The role involves designing and leading end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with telecom operations, service assurance, and network lifecycle.
Responsibilities: Define scalable ServiceNow architecture with focus on TSM modules.
Design telecom workflows such as Service Fulfillment, Assurance, and Inventory.
Lead workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and integration standards.
Lead implementation of Telecom Service Management, Service Graph Connectors, CMDB and CSDM models, Service Mapping, and Network Inventory.
Configure telecom use cases including fault management, alarm correlation, and service impact analysis.
Design integrations with OSS/BSS, network tools, and external systems.
Implement REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server setup, and event-driven integrations.
Automate workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting.
Lead teams including developers, admins, and consultants.
Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
Drive Agile delivery and manage stakeholders across business and IT.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards, security, and upgrade strategies.
Establish CMDB governance, data quality, and service mapping practices.
Drive platform optimization and continuous improvement.
Required Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
Hands-on expertise in TSM, CMDB, and CSDM.
Experience in Service Mapping and Discovery.
Proficiency in IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, JavaScript, and Glide APIs.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.
Understanding of telecom concepts including RAN, Core, and OSS/BSS.
Functional Knowledge: Experience in Service Assurance, NOC operations, fault and performance management.
Understanding of telecom lifecycle, SLA and KPI tracking.
Leadership: Proven experience leading teams and large implementations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to mentor and guide teams.
Preferred: ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS (TSM preferred).
TOGAF certification is a plus.
Telecom domain experience preferred.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
