Job Title: SAP Basis Consultant
Location- Santa Monica, CA ( Day 1 onsite)
Job Summary:
Mandatory Skills: Good understanding of the various implementation aspects involved in SAP end to end implementation right from installation to operations with expertise in SAP HANA administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to independently design solutions for system operations Create solution proposals with effort estimation for a chosen project track and create a solution roadmap addressing the current and the future needs of the system landscape Good knowledge of niche SAP areas like NetWeaver Administration, Performance Tuning, APO Live Cycle management Able to lead a team and train the team and possess sufficient knowledge of SAP Administration Should be able to guide the team on complex technical issues Provide SME support to other teams on request Ability to hold discussions with customer presenting incident reports and highlighting system health status Knowledge of ASAP methodology in implementations Should have SAP experience in basis administration with 1 end to end implementation project SAP administration certification, SAP archiving project experience would be an added advantage Designing client strategies, Homogenous and heterogeneous system copy, Configuring extended client transport, transport workflow Database administration using tablespace reorganization, SAP system installation Basic performance tuning including work process tuning, database index analysis SMICM/SICF configuration, Troubleshooting JE patch related problems, JE start/stop problem troubleshooting, JE memory management, SLD Administration including defining technical /business system, creating products/SWCV Troubleshooting SDM problems, JE administration using VA and config tool Basic understanding of XI and EP administration including applying patches, creating systems in EP system landscape, setting up single sign-on for EP, Integration
Required Skills:
SAP Basis with HANA Admin hands on experience.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
