Role Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Lead for Facilities Management Group with significant experience working in a BPO, shared services, or other large-scale, fast-paced corporate environment.

 

The role requires strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting practices, particularly in vendor payments, contract compliance, budgeting, accruals and provisions, financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Vendor Financial Governance, Issue Resolution & Contract Compliance

2. Finance Process Improvement

3. Budget Management, Provisioning, Forecasting & Reporting

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting multinational, BPO, global shared-services, or multi-site operations is desirable.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems, plus strong Excel and financial-analysis skills, is preferred.
