Roles & Responsibilities Behavioural - interpersonal and influence management skills , Behavioural - Knowledge of Customer's Culture. , Domain - Domain knowledge / Customer Centricity / Commitment Qualifications College Graduate / College Undergarduates completed 4 semesters without back subjects and SHS Graduate with or without BPO experience. Experience in call center will be an advantage. Healthcare experience will be an added advantage Decent communication proficiency is required Mandatory Skills Responsible for taking Inbound calls
