Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business and Reporting Analyst to join our team. The Business and Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering data-driven insights and supporting strategic initiatives through business analysis and reporting. This hybrid role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and producing accurate and timely reports to support decision-making across the organization
The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex data into clear, impactful reports while also engaging with stakeholders to define and implement process enhancements. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, business acumen, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet clients' business needs and objectives.
• Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Participate and contribute to client calls (ABR's, MBR's & QBR's), management meetings and department meetings
• Manage stakeholders and spearhead projects/initiatives with the help of the team
• Collaborate effectively with Operations and all stakeholders to drive business goal
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting output
• Analyze performance metrics and trends to provide actionable insights
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from Operations and client SPOC
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Prior experience of working in Retail and/or Sales would be preferred
• Good working knowledge of computers i.e., MS-Office, Excel and PPT
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, change control and ability to work independently
• Good understanding of Retail and Sales
• Detail oriented with ability to organize thoughts well
• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem-solving approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Good client relationship management skills and experience will be preferred
