Job Description

As a Group Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and sustaining high-quality standards in our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to implement strategic activities that address areas for improvement in data quality and operational efficiency.

  • You will take charge of monitoring data quality outcomes through comprehensive reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and reliability in delivery. You will lead quarterly audit calibration sessions, ensuring alignment with quality standards and driving actionable insights from these evaluations
  • Your role includes managing multiple quality initiatives and projects that foster continuous improvement, as well as maintaining rigorous controls for data quality assurance across various processes. Furthermore, you will provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members, thereby promoting an environment of learning and high performance.
  • Your expertise will be essential in facilitating regular quality reviews and driving best practices. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed compliance requirements and ensure customer satisfaction through operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, particularly those who have demonstrated leadership in managing small to mid-sized teams. Ideal candidates will hold a medical allied degree, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Microbiology, Electromedical Engineering (Biomedical Engineering), Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline in science or technology.
  • Strong proficiency in both oral and written English communication is essential to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Candidates should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, to handle data analysis and reporting tasks efficiently.
  • The successful applicant will embody a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and collaborative leadership, driving the team towards achieving and exceeding key performance metrics.

  • Ensuring Outstanding Performance and Contract Compliance

  • Maintain Regular Cadence Around Contractual Obligations

    • Evaluate team performance against key metrics such as accuracy and customer service standards to ensure contractual compliance and service excellence.
    • Set clear direction for team members, monitor progress towards targets, and implement corrective actions as needed via regular cadence calls and reviews.
    • Champion a culture focused on quality adherence and contractual process compliance, embedding these values throughout team operations.
    • Drive and uphold structured quality processes, thoroughly addressing both transactional and procedural quality aspects.
    • Collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure financial margins align with commitments, sustaining the account's integrity and performance expectations.
    • Engage in weekly workforce management meetings to optimize resource allocation, uphold contract-stated manpower levels, and strategize for future scaling and demand fluctuations.

  • Resource Allocation & Retention
    • Develop and execute effective resource planning strategies to maximize productivity across personnel and technological assets.
    • Monitor and review resource fulfillment to align with account objectives and manage delivery costs prudently.
    • Collaborate closely with delivery leadership to optimize manpower utilization, reduce resource leakage, and improve operational efficiency.
    • Enhance team retention by facilitating relevant trainings and certifications, fostering professional growth and job satisfaction among allocated resources.
    • Lead regular one-on-one engagement activities, including floor connects, to strengthen team cohesion and commitment.
  • Collaborate and influence internal key stakeholders effectively to resolve challenges promptly, ensuring flawless project fulfillment and delivery excellence.
