Production Agent

Roles and Responsibilities

• Considerable verbal and written communication skills
• Required typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
• Good analytical and mathematical ability,
• Strong time management and problem solving skills
• Ability to quickly identify requested information and anticipate future needs
• Ability to overcome objections and persuade members to take action / change behavior
• Flexibility to customize approach to meet all personalities
• Compassionate conflict management skills
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment
• Ability to be reliable and punctual in work attendance
• Ability to adhere to a schedule

͏Mandatory Skills

• Good communication skills, mathematical ability, good analytical skills, typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy

͏Qualifications

 

  • High School Graduate with the Old Curriculum Program, SHS Graduate or Completed 2 years in College without any back subject or drop subject
  • Fresher to 6 months of experience in US payer operations in Commercial/Medicare Claims and working on Adjustments

1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback
2 Self- Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism, Training Hours, No of technical training completed
