The Quality Assurance Analyst - L2 at Wipro Philippines Inc plays a critical role in safeguarding process and quality standards within our BPS-Analytics & Insights service line. This position is pivotal in conducting detailed audits to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks, continuously monitoring performance metrics, and fostering improvement initiatives. The individual will collaborate closely with account leadership and clients to facilitate transparent reporting and adaptive strategies that uphold service integrity.

Qualifications:
- Must have 2 to 4 years of overall experience with 1-2 year experience in providing quality monitoring feedbacks in call centre sales domain
- Ability to Mentor agents and give feedback of calls monitored
- Act as a Subject Matter Specialist
- Participate in teleconferences and meetings initiated by the customer
- Take ownership of issues and escalations
- Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and communicate with client
