Job Description

Responsibilities: 

Receive inbound calls transferred from Client

Solicit prospects over the phone to tour with sales consultants 

Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests 

Determine eligibility of guests per qualification standards 

Assist guests with questions about vacation properties, packages, and procedures 

Assist guests with making the reservation

Qualifications: 

At least High School graduate 

Minimum 9 months experience in BPO

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Maintains an upbeat, positive and motivated demeanor

Able to read/write/speak the English language 

Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.

Ability to maintain required sales percentages per week

Excellent communication skills 

Proficient in basic PC knowledge 

Proficient in Microsoft Office 

Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and select holidays outside of your scheduled shift

Basic understanding of how a computer works and the devices that are driven by the computer (Internet (ISP), Drivers, Operating System, Hardware, Software, etc)

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Ability to analyze and solve customer concerns

1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback
