Role Purpose

The Celonis Lead  at Wipro Technologies will spearhead the coordination and collaboration between development, operations, and testing teams, focusing on automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes within enterprise environments. .

The role demands a strategic thinker who can align technology solutions with business objectives, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software with agility. The candidate will also act as a bridge across technical and business domains to facilitate seamless communication and facilitate problem-solving in complex scenarios.

Key responsibilities include leading DevOps project implementations, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, driving infrastructure as code initiatives, and ensuring robust incident and change management practices that support enterprise-level production platforms. The successful candidate will champion best practices in DevOps and foster an innovative culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience (Level 4IV / V) with the Celonis Process Mining and Execution Management System (EMS) platforms, demonstrating the ability to design, build, and support complex process mining solutions.
• Proven expertise in developing and maintaining Celonis data models, key performance indicators (KPIs), and insightful dashboards that drive business process optimization.
• Deep understanding of business process analytics across diverse domains including finance, supply chain, human resources, procurement, and operations, enabling actionable insights and improvements.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise production environments with comprehensive incident response and change management methodologies to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Strong collaboration skills with a track record of effectively working across business units, IT functions, and vendor teams in complex, matrixed enterprise settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience integrating Celonis solutions with ERP and enterprise systems such as SAP ECC/S4, ServiceNow, or Workday, enhancing data accessibility and process automation.
• Familiarity with process mining operating models, including centers of excellence (CoE) frameworks and governance structures, supporting scalable and sustainable deployment of process mining technologies.
• Background in consulting or managed services roles supporting enterprise analytics platforms, with an emphasis on delivering client value through data-driven insights.
• Exceptional documentation capabilities, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, to clearly articulate technical concepts and facilitate alignment.

• Familiarity with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, or similar platforms.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for scalable deployment solutions.
