Agile / Scrum Master L1

 

Primary skill: Agile tools (Jira)      

Required skill 
Experience working in a technology project delivery environment
Strong knowledge of project management and release principles and activities
Experience testing technology systems or processes based on documented requirements
Knowledge of Agile software delivery methodology
Process-oriented, able to navigate bank policies and procedures
Strong analytical thinker with ability to effectively convey complete information concisely
Superior communication skills, ability to navigate in a matrix management model and influence across multiple organization levels.
Strong relationship management and organizational skills along with ability to identify and prioritize work load.Desired skill
Project management experience a plus.
Mandatory Skills: Agile Scrum Methodology .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
