Job Description

  • Manage and oversee critical, high-impact changes to ensure minimal risk and disruption to business operations.
  • Identify and assess high-risk changes scheduled throughout weekdays, with a focus on potential impact and mitigation readiness.
  • Review and validate change requests to ensure compliance with ITSM Change Management standards, including accurate classification, required approvals, and adherence to defined lead times.
  • Proactively review daily change activities, focusing on high-risk, major event, and focused risk group changes to maintain operational stability.
  • Support Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes by preparing change summaries, capturing meeting notes, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Present scheduled weekend changes to senior management, ensuring visibility and awareness during periods of reduced resource availability.
  • Drive CAB readiness by identifying and addressing compliance gaps ahead of review cycles.
  • Coordinate with implementation teams to onboard them on change processes, including weekend monitoring protocols and expectations.
  • Lead resource coordination during change implementation to ensure timely closure and prevent out-of-window deviations.
  • Provide regular status updates (e.g., every 4 hours) to technology partners during active change windows and major implementations.
  • Track and manage change deviations by creating problem tasks for failed or defaulted changes and ensuring follow-up actions.
  • Perform high-level Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) for changes closed with unsuccessful or non-standard outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement of change management processes, documentation, and governance practices.
  • Develop and maintain Standard and Normal Change templates to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality of submissions.
  • Provide clear, practical guidance to stakeholders to enhance process understanding and adoption of change management best practices.

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
•    8-10 years of ITSM experience in Change and other processes
•    ITIL V3 / 2011 Foundation or Intermediate certification
•    Capable to collaborate with Multiple Technical towers, face the Customer, coordinate with the Vendors
•    Effective Communication skills
