Job Description

Required Skill:

Strong experience in infra production support.

Strong technical skills in Unix/Windows OS, SQL, Oracle, Informatica, and scripting languages (Shell, Python, Perl).

Working knowledge of monitoring systems (Dynatrace, Splunk) and batch scheduling tools (Autosys/Quartz/Airflow).

Expertise in incident, problem, change, and request management processes.

Experience supporting complex, real‑time, and batch‑oriented production environments.

Ability to work second shift and provide occasional off-hours/weekend support.

 

DESIRED_SKILL:

Experience adopting automation frameworks and AI‑based productivity tools.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.

Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.

 
Mandatory Skills: Linux Admin .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
