Required SKills (Agile Scrum Master)

  Strong Coordination and Facilitation skills to drive Scrum meetings through intended outcome

• Strong results  detail oriented, along with excellent interpersonal skills (e.g. documentation, teamwork).

• Excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)

• Experience in either triage or production readiness

• Exceptional project management skills (e.g. planning, organizational, and time management skills).

• 5 years hands on experience in IT, with IT systems and/or application management.

• Exceptional system analysis skills - using technical diagrams (e.g. use of architecture diagrams) and assessing the impact a change will have.

• Technical aptitude- has the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, applications, etc. and understand how to assess their production readiness.

• Excellent Process Improvement skills

• Deep knowledge of Confluence Wiki(setup/maintenance)

• Driven, team player with exceptional relationship building

• High level knowledge of Monitoring tools/needs * Confluence Wiki Development * Sharepoint Development * Technical Writing experience/skills

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
