Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to ensure excellent customer service delivery of all technology solutions and products to clients, through effective project management, service metrics tracking, budget management, issue resolution, optimal resource allocation, and maintenance of a skilled team of all delivery resources for the client.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the entire technology project lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet quality, timing, and budget goals per Enterprise standards.
- Facilitates all project routines to drive successful delivery.Coordinates dependencies across teams, removes obstacles, and manages risks.
- Communicates updates on status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identifies and escalates risks, ensures proper financial and resource management, and maintains compliance with change management.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology projects using Agile methodologies
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong leadership abilities to guide project teams in delivering quality solutions on time and within budget
- Effective communication skills for clearly conveying project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and executives
- Expertise in identifying, communicating, and managing critical path activities, dependencies, timelines, and resources
- Experience in managing project budgets and financials, including due diligence and financial management routines
- Ability to implement and uphold Enterprise Project Standards, controls, and audit requirements
- Proficient in risk management, including identifying and escalating risks and removing roadblocks
- Capability to identify and engage all impacted teams and applications throughout the project lifecycle
- Experience collaborating with testing teams to meet testing timelines and deliverables
- Ability to develop and execute deployment readiness plans, coordinate deployment events, and align with broader release activities
Competencies
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
