Job Description
Primary Skill: Python serves as a key automation and integration skill for this role, enabling the development of scripts to automate monitoring tasks, data collection, alert handling, and operational workflows. It is also useful for integrating Dynatrace with enterprise tools and improving monitoring efficiency across the environment.
Secondary Skill:AppDynamics experience demonstrates familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) concepts, including application health monitoring, transaction tracing, performance bottleneck analysis, and root cause investigation. This knowledge helps in supporting and optimizing Dynatrace and other enterprise monitoring solutions.
Position Summary
- The candidate should have strong experience supporting Dynatrace or similar APM platforms such as AppDynamics or New Relic, along with a strong understanding of Dynatrace architecture including OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Cluster components.
- Experience managing monitoring agents across Linux and Windows environments, troubleshooting application performance issues, and working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is essential.
- Additionally, the candidate should possess hands-on experience integrating Dynatrace with enterprise tools like ServiceNow, Splunk, and PagerDuty, along with scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills are also required.
Preferred Skills
- Preferred candidates will hold Dynatrace Associate or Professional certifications, demonstrating advanced platform expertise.
- Experience with synthetic monitoring, log monitoring, custom metric ingestion, and advanced observability capabilities within Dynatrace will be highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management best practices is also desirable, along with experience supporting enterprise monitoring environments where proactive monitoring, service reliability, and operational excellence are critical.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
