Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

      Azure Active Directory and Active Directory
      Application Packaging 
      ARM Templates, Azure Automation
      Nerdio, Intune, SCCM
      Azure Data Analytics


      Key Responsibilities:
      Configure and manage Azure subscriptions, Resource Groups, and permissions
      Install and configure Azure Networking (VNET/Subnets/NIC/NSGs)
      Provision VMs and manage ARM templates
      Automate tasks with PowerShell scripts
      Monitor performance using Azure Monitor and Insights
      Deploy software updates, patches, and new applications on AVD
      Collaborate with AVD, M365, and Network implementation teams
      Prepare AVD support documentation and SOPs
      Perform daily health checks to ensure service availability
      Troubleshoot complex issues in enterprise environments
      Manage GPO specific to AVD OUs for security and automation
      Administer application deployment using MSIX and SCCM
      Provide technical support, troubleshoot end-user issues, and manage upgrades


      Required Qualifications:
      6-10 years of extensive experience in designing and deploying Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop solutions.

      Desktop support specialist with strong experience in SCCM, GPO, and customizing installation scripts for AVD
      Hands-on experience with Windows infrastructure technologies
      Flexibility to work in shifts to provide 24x7 end-user support
