Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AX SCM Solution Architect to join our team at Wipro Technologies, specializing in enterprise-wide implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. This role demands a professional with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, particularly within Supply Chain Management domains, bringing expertise in both strategic planning and hands-on configuration to drive successful client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions tailored to complex Supply Chain Management requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Deeply analyze client business processes related to Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transfer Orders, Master Planning, and Sales processes to recommend optimal configurations and improvements.
  • Oversee and participate in extensive testing scenarios and quality assurance activities, validating end-to-end process flows and system integration.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), user guides, and fit-gap analysis reports, ensuring clarity and accessibility across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive end-to-end project lifecycle activities from initial scoping and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support, collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Serve as a key advisor and mentor to cross-functional teams, sharing best practices and delivering training to enhance internal capabilities around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a proven track record of delivering complex Supply Chain Management solutions. Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is highly desirable. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively within agile project environments.
