We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Subject Matter Expert with strong, hands on expertise in Ansible as the primary automation and configuration management tool. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and operating highly automated CI/CD and infrastructure solutions across cloud environments, with a strong emphasis on configuration management, orchestration, and operational automation using Ansible. Primary Responsibilities (Ansible-Centric) • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Ansible-based automation frameworks including playbooks, roles, inventories, and reusable modules • Implement configuration management, application deployment, patching, and operational automation using Ansible • Ensure automation aligns with security standards, design patterns, and compliance requirements • Integrate Ansible automation with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) • Collaborate with platform, application, and operations teams to transition automated solutions into production • Optimize and troubleshoot Ansible playbooks for scalability and reliability • Proficiency in Terraform (IaC), HashiCorp Vault (or Azure Key Vault) is mandatory • Experience in Github, Jfrog, Cloudability, Dora and SonarQube is added advantage Internal - General Use Core DevOps & Cloud Responsibilities • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps • Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform • Support services across Azure and GCP including compute, storage, networking, and security • Drive operational excellence through fully automated and repeatable solutions
Mandatory Technical Skills • Expert-level experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
• Strong understanding of DevOps and Infrastructure as Code principles
• RedHat certified Ansible specialist
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins
• Linux administration experience (preferably Red Hat)
• Working knowledge of Terraform, including troubleshooting and automation
• Scripting experience in Python, Shell, or PowerShell
• Understanding of security, IAM, and cloud compliance tools Other Essential Skills
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies

- Provide customer support/ service on the DevOps tools
- Timely support internal & external customers escalations on multiple platforms
- Troubleshoot the various problems that arise in implementation of DevOps tools across the project/ module
- Perform root cause analysis of major incidents/ critical issues which may hamper project timeliness, quality or cost
- Develop alternate plans/ solutions to be implemented as per root cause analysis of critical problems
- Follow escalation matrix/ process as soon as a resolution gets complicated or isnâÂÂt resolved
