Role Purpose
The SIMS customer has requested to offshore one Blackline Admin role to manage the Blackline tool, with an immediate requirement to initiate the project.

Required Skills & Experience
- Relevant experience in BlackLine tool – 5+ years
- Strong understanding of R2R processes (GL, Reconciliations, Journals)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Exposure to BlackLine modules:
- Account Reconciliation
- Task Management
- Matching
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
Key Responsibilities- Support BlackLine system administration, including user setup, access management, and role assignments.
- Assist in account reconciliation management, including assignment of preparers, reviewers, and approvers.
- Maintain and update reconciliation groups, templates, and frequencies.
- Support task management and close calendar activities to ensure timely month-end close.
- Monitor and schedule system jobs, data loads, and interfaces.
- Assist in transaction matching and issue resolution for unmatched items.
- Perform data validation checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of uploaded data.
- Support change management activities (new account setup, modifications, and clean-up).
- Coordinate with finance teams (RTR/AP/AR) for issue resolution and process alignment.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and support audit requirements.

Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
- Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
